Full Vinyasa Yoga Flow for strong beginners and intermediate practitioners
Yoga vinyasa class focused on Dhanurasana Ustrasana Kapotasana
In this class, we are starting with standing postures focusing on balancing and twisting. Later on, we go toward mobilize the spine in different directions. We go into lateral flexions and backbends. The class is finishing with a short meditation.
Here you can find a series of Yoga Classes. Anyone can perform this routine at home with a minimum amount of equipment.
Yoga class focused on back bend and hip opening
When you only get a little time and you feel like getting rusty of sitting too much this will be a great program for you.
